After a two-year pandemic hiatus, the Lunenburg County Sport Heritage Society Wall of Fame induction gala event returned as we honoured our fourth induction class on October 30, 2022.
The event featured the induction of a number of important athletes and builders in the sporting history of Lunenburg County, including Kerry Ritcey (Athlete), Shirlen Seamone (Builder), James Whynot (Builder), William Roblee (Builder) and in the Team category the Bridgewater Hawks Intermediate provincial hockey champions of the1962-63 and 1963-64 seasons.
The evening also featured special keynote speaker, Rick Chataway.
