Inducted into Lunenburg County Sport Heritage Society Wall of Fame – 2022
● Founder and president of Bridgewater Minor Baseball Association for 15 years
● Developed LaHave Street baseball field and major upgrades to the Kinsmen Field baseball complex through countless hours of fundraising
● Received Provincial Community Service Award for “Dedicated Work with Bridgewater Minor Baseball” in 1991
● Coach of Bridgewater Schooners, Intermediate Baseball team, winning three Provincial Championships 1984-1986
● Regional Representative and Coaching Coordinator with Baseball Nova Scotia
● Promoted Equality and Inclusion throughout the Bridgewater Minor Baseball Association
